ORDERS

BIOGAMMA s.r.l. accept only fax orders. We will send you a proforma invoice. Without confirmation within two days, we consider it meets your requirements. No orders less than 1000,00 € (one thousand euros) will be accepted.

PRICES

BIOGAMMA s.r.l. reserves its right to change price list in any moment without giving notice.

SENDINGS

Any risks on travel goods are up to the buyer. Goods can be insured only if expressely required in the order and at buyer's expense.

PAYMENT

Payment in advance.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints have to be sended to BIOGAMMA s.r.l. in 8 working days from goods receiving, with a copy of delivery note. No substitution claims or if products are partially used , damaged or next to expiring date.If any complaint will be accepted, committment have to send BIO-GAMMA's product back at its own expenses, in 10 days from goods receiving. Otherwise, complaint will be considered invalid.

CONTROVERSY
For any controversy, Foro Di Roma (Court Of Rome) is competent.
